Starting a Return/ExchangeUpdated 24 days ago

Before starting your return/exchange, please review our full return policy By using our online system, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms outlined on this page.


  • To return/exchange a product to us, it is required that you first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This helps ensure that we can process your return/exchange in a timely manner.

    • To start the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process, please click here
    • Follow the steps using the Happy Returns link and select the option (EXCHANGE/RETURN) that best suit your needs
    • Take note that the system (Happy Returns) WILL NOT CHARGE YOU if it is for SIZE Exchange (incorrect size) and for a Store Credit (EGC).
    • Take note as well, that the system (Happy Returns) will AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE you of the $10 Return Label Fee if you return an item for a MONETARY REFUND (Visa, Paypal, Credit Card). This will be auto-deducted from the total amount you will be receiving as a refund.
    • Once done, an HR code will be generated for you and make sure to take note of it for future reference
    • You will also receive a confirmation email coming from HAPPY RETURNS sent to your personal email associated with WalkingCo together with the HR Code, the Return Label and the Return Packing Slip (make sure to check your SPAM folders)
    • Have these printed and put the Return Packing Slip inside the box and attach the Return Label outside the box since this will be scanned by the courier before shipment (if no printer: you can try Fedex courier to have it printed for you if there is availability or contact us to have it mailed to you)
    • Drop the package to the nearest local Fedex courier for them to scan the package and ship to us
    • It will take a standard shipment timeline of 5-7 business days for the returned item to be delivered to us.
    • Once we receive the returned item in our warehouse, we will start processing your refund/exchange/EGC credit
    • Using the tracking number provided to you, make sure to monitor your package if it has been delivered to the warehouse. Give us a call/email/chat if you noticed that there no updates regarding your exchange/refund/EGC after we received your package


  • NOTE

    • FINAL CLEARANCE Items will not be returnable so this Return Link will not be available to anyone

    • You can only return unworn merchandise for up to 30 days from the date your package was delivered


  • How long does it take for me to get a refund?

    Please allow sufficient time for your order to arrive at our facility. This time may vary depending on the shipping method. Once we receive the items your refund will be processed within 10-15 business days and may take additional time to appear on your credit/debit card. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed at our facility.
